The Highland County Public Library is partnering with the Virginia Department of Health to provide a Rapid COVID-19 Antigen At-Home Test Kit at no cost. How to Use Your Library Card Number for Digital Resources
Most of our library resources require your password as it's presented on the back of your library card. The letter, followed by your unique number. However, for EBSCO products you must add three zeros to the front of your number. The three zero prefix is needed for:
